She holds Masters's degrees in both Curriculum and Instruction and Education Administration from Emporia State University. LaTisha Cole is an expert Educator with 12+ years of experience in various capacities within the educational realm including as an International/Continental Teacher & Leader, MTSS Coordinator, Behavioral Interventionist, Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator, Culture and Climate Advisor, and Special Education/Deaf Education Administrator. She is also a state board certified principal and secondary teacher. Currently, LaTisha serves as a High School Principal & Consultant and resides in Dallas, TX. She credits her hometown of Chicago with preparing her to be an excellent educator. Her passions within the education system include: dismantling systems of oppression within education, making education and resources accessible to all, and removing socio-economic disparities and racial inequities that impact students and families educational opportunities and outcomes. She is dedicated to working with educators, parents, students, and community members to ensure every stakeholder has a valuable role in ensuring every child receives an equitable and excellent education experience. |
