Senior Customer Success Manager
Ashley is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Branching Minds, focused on fostering collaborative relationships with district partners to help them achieve their goals with adopting or furthering their MTSS practice. With an extensive background in education, from the classroom to district leadership, Ashley offers partners a rich understanding of their district and school based needs and challenges, working to overcome barriers, so that all educators can focus on student achievement. Working as a Special Education Administrator in primarily large, urban districts in Massachusetts, Ashley provides a unique view of data-driven practice and supporting all learners. Her work at Branching Minds allows her to extend her impact in education across the country, a true passion. Ashley holds a MS.Ed from Buffalo State College in Curriculum and Instruction, as well as a CAGS in Educational Leadership, Special Education Administration from Cambridge College. |
Caitlin Crossman
Professional Services Manager
Caitlin is a Professional Services Manager with Branching Minds. She graduated with a B.S. Ed in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She served as an elementary classroom teacher in several grade levels after graduation. Caitlin earned her M. Ed in Educational Technology from Webster University. After seven years of classroom teaching, Caitlin moved into the role of Instructional Specialist. In this role, she provided tier 3 intensive support in reading and math, K-5, and led her elementary building’s MTSS efforts. Caitlin has previously served as Lead Trainer consulting with educational technology platforms in universal screening, progress monitoring, and whole-child data visualization. |
