Erica "Babs" Ilcyn

Certified Trauma Practitioner & Trainer

Erica “Babs” Ilcyn is a Junior Account Executive at Branching Minds, and she also provides training and professional learning to others as a Certified Trauma Practitioner & Trainer. She previously worked as a special education teacher and English teacher and has had various professional experiences in public school classrooms, residential treatment facilities, and alternative education settings. Before Branching Minds, Babs led the implementation of an urban school district's Trauma Responsive & District-wide SEL MTSS system as the Student Services Coordinator, which allowed her the opportunity to help students and families access behavioral and mental health services to meet their needs.  She believes in the power of voice, being heard, and seen, and she is committed to helping all schools gain access to the tools and products they need for creating equitable learning experiences for all youth!
